✓ ✓Hot tubs are not available from June to October due to it being too hot outside, should you want hot tub during those months it will need to be requested ✓ Must be at least 18 years old to book ✓ No smoking indoors ✓ Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM Please note: this is a side by side apartment duplex. Although each side has their own private hot tub, they are both located in same area essentially divided by a wall. You may be able to hear the guests next door
