Chris & Nella’s place is the perfect location for a beach getaway. You truly are a 5 min walk from the beach. There’s a gas station right in the corner that makes it very helpful in the case you left anything behind. Their property had everything you need and more. It was very clean. They went the extra mile and provide you with beach chairs, umbrellas & even a wagon. We had such a great time and would love to return.

Starting with the garage, it was large enough for my Toyota Tundra, not many places are. The stairs are a little walk but the place is very open and free of clutter, comfy couch, didn't use the kitchen but could have. It had everything you might need. Bed was comfy as well, the ceiling fan was a plus. I was not bothered by any noises outside. There is a pretty good restaurant within a very short walking distance. We washed clothes and obviously used the shower and I must say the heated toilet seat was new. All in all I would stay here again.

A casa é espaçosa é aconchegante. A localização é ótima. A anfitriã responde rápido. Corresponde a descrição. Tinha os itens necessários para o dia a dia. Tivemos ótimos dias por lá, estávamos em um grupo de 7 pessoas , mas a casa comporta mais. Recomendamos.

The place is absolutely adorable! The attention to the detail in design and decor is top notch! They provide everything you need and then some! Beautiful location with quick easy access to the beach ⛱️ Just prepare for quick showers since the hot water doesn't last too long. That's coming from a group with 3 of the 4 guests being girls though 😉

Place was as advertised. Pics were accurate. The place was very clean. Location was in a good area that seemed quiet. It was within walking distance to the large park nearby which is excellent for a walk/run, tennis and pickleball. Overall, great place to stay!

Excelente ubicacion y Buena atencion del alfitrion, encontre El Lugar con presicion, solo puedo sugerir agregar Fotos del frente de la casa como la parte del estacionamiento, pero Todo fue excelente, la casa, Todo es como SE NUESTRA en Las Fotos, mucha tranquilidad y acceso a parques, y restaurants muy CERCA...

Chris and Nella’s place is truly worthy of a five-star rating in every way. The four flights of stairs (if you are physically capable) are worth the effort. I characterized the stairs as some additional beneficial exercise. Thank you Chris and Nella. William Grimes

Our stay at Chris and Nella's place was very pleasant. Worked out great for our family plans, enjoying the location, comfort and how clean the place was presented. Communication was also outstanding.

Great stay in Indian Rock!! Awesome apartment in ideal location. Beautifully decorated with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms!! Very close to the beach and appreciated the pristine beach chairs and wagon. Very accessible host and outstanding communication. Also, no housekeeping chores listed prior to departure. We always leave the unit where we stay in pristine condition, but very refreshing to not have a long list of duties before departure. Would definitely book again!!!

We loved staying at Nella’s place! It was exactly as described and honestly beat staying in a typical condo. The hot tub was a generous size, perfect for four people, and still felt private and relaxing. The location was fantastic and very walkable to the beach. We were even able to easily return to the condo throughout the day for lunch, drinks, chairs, or anything else we needed. The beach itself was beautiful, and being able to see the intercoastal from the porch was such a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the price felt just right for the experience. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely come back again!
