The property was in a nice quiet neigborhood. The location was a very short drive into town but walking distance to the Sunken Gardens and some nice restaurant options. The most noticeable plus is that the unit was SUPER clean. Walking around in bare feet the floors were totally pristine. Very comfortable space. Not a complaint but a suggestion, It would have been nice to have access to lawn/lounge chairs to enjoy the outside air and sunshine. The yard could also use a little more charm.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nella’s. The location was amazing and walkable to the beach, and the unit was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were in town for funeral services, so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked, but it was still a peaceful and comfortable place to return to. The unit is attached to another with a separate entrance, and we did hear children running at times, which caused some noise and vibration. This was noticeable at times but it may not be a deal breaker for others. Overall, it is a great place to stay, especially for the location and comfort.

This place was truly amazing and exceeded every expectation. The private hot tub was incredible, and the home felt spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. It had everything you could possibly want for the beach, including carts, chairs, and boogie boards. The beach itself was pristine and just two blocks away, which made everything so easy and relaxing. The showers were absolutely to die for, and as someone with back issues, the master bed was beyond phenomenal. It was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and made the stay even better. Having a grill on site was a huge plus and it only needed charcoal. The entire space captured the best parts of beach life while still feeling classy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I loved everything about this stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

This place was great! Inside it looks so modern designed and cute you will feel right at home. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, there's a park for kids and a court to play tennis right around the corner and you can walk to the beach!

Had such a lovely stay at Nella's condo. It's exactly like the photos and super clean, with all amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. Would love to stay there again in the future.

Nella’s place was very clean. While the place is pet friendly, there was no sign of pets being there - no odors or hair anywhere. Good location with restaurants close. Both couples thought the beds were comfortable, too!!!

The only thing that gets me is you cant have visitors seems crazy to me we are from Iowa and have family here they couldnt even come visit. But everything else was good

Great house for hanging with friends/family. We stayed over Thanksgiving with three generations of family and their pets. The open floor plan and outdoor areas were great for gathering. Close to the beach and parks. Our toddler loved the gazebo, and we all enjoyed the heated pool.

We had a great stay at Chris & Nella’s place! The place was beautiful and they were super communicative and accommodating. They helped us with a late check out when we needed it. Overall was an awesome experience.

We enjoyed our stay and the lovely decor of the home! It was a great atmosphere to spend time together as a group. There was a large living room space inside and a nice heated pool with a fire pit, barbecue grill and deck outside. It was also very private with a fenced in backyard so we felt very secure and secluded.
